Bill Ziegler

Bill Ziegler started in the commercial real estate business with a development firm in Jacksonville, FL more than 25 years ago. He moved to Charlotte, NC in 1985 and continues to prosper primarily as an investment and land broker but has some local development experience. Bill still maintains his Florida real estate license along with licenses in North and South Carolina.

In 1994, Bill established Ziegler & Co. as a full service commercial real estate brokerage business. Since then, Bill has worked with clients locally, regionally and nationally as Charlotte and the Carolinas drew their interest. Some of his clients include Lincoln Property Company, AG Spanos, Trammell Crow, Camden, Colonial Properties Trust, Post Properties, Newland Communities, Faison, Lane and too many more to list. During his career, Bill has transacted over $250 million in sales. He is an active member of the Charlotte Chamber and was one of the founding members of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.
