The Everett Company is a partnership between developer Bill Ziegler and builder Jake Palillo, who owns Brookshire Construction CO. Brookshire is an approved builder at The Peninsula; is renovating the Davidson Cotton Mill; and is building Edinburgh Square off Catawba Avenue in the Lake Norman area.
